Mrs.Valerie was great at her job and very hands on. She worked with my busy work schedule and always made time for my question I had on any topic along with extra advice. She also made time to show up for my signing date which was a great surprise that I actually got to meet her in person.

Communication is key in the loan process and Diana nailed it! She not only found a construction loan program that best fit our family’s needs, she was also incredibly patient with our questions and thorough with her answers. From pre-qualifying all the way to closing, Diana kept us informed and guided us along the way. Without us asking, she took time out of her busy schedule to meet us at our signing appointment to be available in the event any questions came up. We closed the loan on time and our builder is already onsite and construction of our Barndominium is underway.
