Communication was great and Eric was available even on Sunday evenings when we had questions. Eric was very professional but was very approachable with any questions we had as first time home buyers. We discovered some mistakes in the documents sent to us however Eric made sure to correct them immediately and handled it in a great caring way and made sure to win our trust. Communication is key in the loan process and Diana nailed it! She not only found a construction loan program that best fit our family’s needs, she was also incredibly patient with our questions and thorough with her answers. From pre-qualifying all the way to closing, Diana kept us informed and guided us along the way. Without us asking, she took time out of her busy schedule to meet us at our signing appointment to be available in the event any questions came up.
We closed the loan on time and our builder is already onsite and construction of our Barndominium is underway. We are looking forward to working with Diana again when construction is complete to refinance our loan. Diana and her team were, all-around, wonderful to work with. We will highly recommend her to friends, family, and anyone looking for a loan to build, purchase, or refinance their home.
